What We Do
Anna Patras Orthodontics is a friendly, family-oriented, woman-owned and -operated practice focused on providing you the best care that modern orthodontics can offer, including digital technology and virtual consultations. Clean and innovative, our office offers proactive Phase I intervention treatments for young patients whose facial structure is still growing, allowing us to prevent dental problems before they develop and avoid the need for orthognathic surgery. Whenever possible, we avoid tooth extractions where other orthodontists may recommend them. While extracting a tooth may temporarily improve the appearance of your smile, it can also create airway issues or future sleep apnea, which is why we strongly advise against removing teeth unless absolutely necessary.

We use a unique 3D imaging technology called iTero® digital scanning to capture a 3D model of your mouth, allowing our orthodontist to examine your whole smile for personalized orthodontic care. Beyond traditional braces, Dr. Patras is an Invisalign® Top 1% Diamond Plus Provider. After years of experience, she is well-versed in how to get the best results with clear aligners. The quality of your results depends on the education and experience that your doctor possesses on tooth movement, which is why Dr. Patras is so masterful at taking over complex cases and helping new patients. We are also the only local office to offer SureSmile® custom arch wire technology. While traditional braces include standard wires that a doctor bends by hand over multiple appointments, with SureSmile, Dr. Patras designs and orders custom wires bent robotically for a more efficient treatment.

Our team will send you appointment reminders via text, or your preferred method of contact, for your convenience. On average, our appointments last about 10 to 15 minutes with little to no wait time.

We love meeting new patients, and our initial consultation for orthodontia is always complimentary. Our treatment plans are also interactive and customizable, so our patients know what to expect and have a say in their orthodontic care. We also allow our patients to set their own pricing for their down payment and monthly installments. We understand the importance of budgeting and offer 0% financing options so our patients can receive the quality orthodontic care they deserve. Affordable treatment does not mean substandard treatment.
Virtual Care
Between soccer games and dance recitals, work and school, it’s hard to find a free moment! We understand you’re busy, which is why we are happy to offer virtual consultations to help you gather all the information you can about straightening your teeth and give you a full understanding of your treatment options. All we need are photos of your mouth and a set time to speak with you over Zoom.
If you are currently undergoing your Invisalign clear aligners treatment, we can also provide virtual check-ins to monitor your progress. We can offer check retractors at the beginning of your treatment or at any point along the way to make the most of your virtual visit. This option is especially helpful for patients who move away while in treatment, go away to college or have to travel long distances to meet us at our office.
